- The warranty period begins from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer, as determined by VMOL, and ends at the end of two (2) years. This period cannot be extended under any circumstances after the expiration of two years. The 2-year warranty provided by VMOL includes device replacement for necessary cases deemed appropriate by VMOL for the first year and maintenance and repair for up to two years.
- It is declared and accepted by the parties that the records of VMOL and authorized services will be considered accurate in determining damage and usage within the warranty scope.
- Decisions and determinations provided by VMOL and authorized service within the warranty scope will be final, and decisions regarding replacement or repair of the device will be made by VMOL.
- To benefit from this warranty, the device must comply with the warranty conditions, must not have been maintained or repaired by anyone other than the technical personnel designated by VMOL, must have been used in accordance with the specified technical rules, the subscriber benefiting from the campaign must not have any defects or negligence in the use of the device, and any damage or malfunction must not have occurred due to any fault or negligence of the user.
- In case of failure of technical parts or components placed by the manufacturer during the warranty period of the product, the time spent on repair will be added to the warranty period. The maximum repair time for the product is 30 (thirty) working days, and if the product remains in repair for more than this period, the additional repair time will not exceed 30 days under any circumstances.
- If the repair of a device brought to the technical service due to a manufacturing defect and/or a problem within the warranty scope cannot be completed within 30 (thirty) working days and if the technical service report shows that the fault is not caused by the customer, the device will be replaced with the same brand, model, or equivalent.
- Subject to remaining within the warranty period starting from the delivery date of the product and not being caused by the customer more than three times within (2) two years, the mainboard of the device will be replaced free of charge.
- Failures caused by improper use contrary to the instructions in the user manual of the product are not covered by the warranty.
- VMOL and/or KKTC Telsim have no responsibility regarding the device delivered to the subscriber under this campaign, and all kinds of problems such as warranty maintenance, technical malfunctions, etc. are the responsibility of the manufacturer/importer company without limitation to those mentioned.
- In case of theft, loss, or damage of the device delivered to the subscriber within the scope of the campaign, the responsibility of the subscriber will continue.
- The warranty conditions will be void in the following cases.
- The warranty will be void in case of improper use or misuse of the product contrary to the instructions written in the user manual and handbooks.
- The warranty will be void in case of exposure to impact or moisture, extreme hot or cold environmental conditions, sudden changes in these conditions, decay, oxidation.
- Unauthorized opening of the devices or technical intervention to the device outside of VMOL's authorized technical service, or repair.
- The warranty will be void if the device malfunctions due to software, formatting, unsuitable software installed by services other than VMOL's authorized technical service or by the customer.
- Damage due to irregularities in electrical voltage and/or improper installation and connections, damage to the device in case of natural disasters.
- Removal, erasure, scraping, or destruction of the serial number, accessory, date code, or IMEI number of the product. Damage to the device caused by a fault (virus) in the cellular telephone network.
- Accessories such as earphones, batteries, headsets, Bluetooth, and chargers alongside the phone are not covered under warranty. The warranty terms are valid with the presentation of the warranty document.
- Devices that are water and dust resistant, if exposed to liquid contact or impact, are not covered under WARRANTY.
