Missed Call Service

Missed Call Service provides you with information about callers who tried to reach you while your phone was switched off or unreachable, including the caller’s mobile number, the time of the call, and the number of call attempts, via SMS once you become reachable again.

Principles and Other Frequently Asked Questions

Who can benefit from this service?
  • • Both postpaid and prepaid line users can benefit from this service.
  • • For postpaid customers, the service fee is reflected on the first bill as of the day the service is activated. For prepaid customers, the service fee is deducted from the available balance as soon as the service becomes active. If there is insufficient balance, the fee will be deducted once credit is loaded onto the line.
Terms and Conditions
  • • Missed Call Service is automatically activated for new line subscriptions and for existing subscribers whose service is inactive.
  • • Following automatic activation, 1 month of free usage is provided. At the end of this period, if the customer gives consent via SMS, the service continues as a paid service starting from the following month; if no consent is given, the service is automatically terminated at the end of the free usage period.
  • • The free usage period and its end date are stated in the informational SMS sent after activation.
  • • Subscribers can continue using the service as a paid service by sending YENİLE via SMS to 8000.
  • • Customers who wish to activate the service may send KIMARADI via SMS to 8000, call the customer service center at +90 542 888 05 42 or complete the process through the “Services” menu in the My Vodafone app.
  • • For subscriptions manually activated via customer services, SMS, or the My Vodafone app, the first month of usage is not free.
  • • Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Subscriptions initiated at the customer’s request will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless cancelled upon the customer’s request.
  • • To cancel the service, subscribers must send IPTAL KIMARADI via SMS to 8000.

The service fee is TRY 12.99 per month (VAT included).
