- • Telsim customers may benefit from Screen Protection Insurance with cash payment or with an additional 12-month commitment to the tariff.
- • Telsim customers who benefit from Screen Protection Insurance with a 12-month commitment cannot cancel their packages or switch to a lower package during the contract period. However, they may switch to a higher package if they wish.
- • Telsim customers who cancel the commitment will be charged an early termination fee equal to the remaining payment months x monthly device fee.
- • A GSM number can only benefit from one Screen Protection Insurance at a time.
- • In the event that the subscription initiated with the GSM Subscription Agreement is canceled by the customer during the commitment period or the customer fails to fulfill its obligations; Telsim reserves the right. - • Telsim customers will have the right to repair the screen and device damages caused by screen damage only once a year under Screen Protection Insurance.

The customer will be contacted for approval, if the fee is approved, the device will be repaired completely, if not approved, only the screen will be repaired and delivered to the customer.
