Users who make the transfer and receive the transferred credit must be active prepaid line subscribers. The person to transfer must have at least 50 credits in their balance. The minimum number of transfers at a time is 25 credits and the maximum number of transfers is 500 credits. There is no limit on the number of transfers made during the day.
The usage fee for the credit transfer service is 1 SMS for each transaction and is collected from the person performing the transfer.
