VoLTE is a technology that allows you to make phone calls with HD voice quality by transmitting voice over 4.5G technology.
VoLTE filters out background noise during a phone call and offers you a good voice experience even in crowded and noisy place.
VoLTE shortens the call setup time and connects your call in about 1 second.
VoLTE also gives you the opportunity to switch to a video call during a voice call and to return back to a voice call if you wish.
How may I benefit from HD Voice Technology?
You need to have a VoLTE compatible device to benefit from HD Voice Technology.
Why can't I benefit from it even though my device is compatible with HD Voice Technology?
Your phone's software needs to be up-to-date to benefit from HD Voice Technology. If your phone's software is up-to-date, we kindly ask you to check whether your 4.5G subscription and your phone's VoLTE settings are on.
