Customers will be able to benefit from this campaign with a 3-6-9-10 and 12 month commitment, prepaid commitment or cash (credit card) payment. Customers who do not meet the device criteria will be able to benefit from this campaign in cash.
Customers who benefit from the campaign with a commitment cannot cancel their tariffs or switch to a lower package during their commitment period. However, the customer can switch to a higher package upon request.
The monthly minutes, SMS and internet usage earned by the customer within the scope of the tariff cannot be transferred to third parties.
The remaining month device installment fee will be reflected on the invoice of customers who cancel their line and/or campaign before the relevant commitment period expires as a termination fee.
Each customer has a criteria limit according to their tariffs, payments and customer age.
In case customers are new to the package, the campaign entry is instantaneous and in the first entries, the fee and usage capacity are calculated according to the remaining days of the first billing period and offered for use “equally divided”.
Services not included in the package are charged separately.
As a document, a device commitment agreement must be signed.
Before the commitment validity period ends; In case the customership established with the GSM Subscription Agreement is terminated by VMOL unilaterally or due to failure to fulfill its obligations and/or the line is cancelled and/or the line is cancelled, transferred, the customer cancels its current tariff, does not pay the bills related to the GSM subscription; all bill debts accumulated until the date of non-compliance with the commitment, as well as the penalty amount, will be reflected on the customer's first bill.
