TR Passport Service Assignment
Usage Principles Under TR Passport
- • Under the TR Passport service, all tariff allowances, bonus benefits, and purchased add-on packages can be used in Türkiye, provided they are eligible for use in Türkiye. Voice calls will be charged on a 60-second billing increment basis.
- • For postpaid customers, if the allowances included in their tariff are exhausted and usage continues at standard tariff rates, no TR Passport charge will apply. However, if any usage is made within the scope of a package on the same day, the TR Passport charge will be applied.
- • No TR Passport charge will apply when usage is billed at standard postpaid tariff rates. However, if any usage is made under a package on the same day, the TR Passport charge will be applied.
- • Pre-paid customers are required to purchase a TR Passport package in order to make usage outside the scope of their package allowances.
Daily TR Passport Usage and Automatic Renewal
- • When usage is detected in Türkiye, the Daily TR Passport package will be activated automatically and renewed each day as long as usage continues. For pre-paid customers, this process will also occur automatically provided they have sufficient TL balance.
- • 1-Day TR Passport expires at 23:59 (Northern Cyprus local time) on the day of usage.
- • Customers who continue using the automatically renewed Daily TR Passport package will receive daily SMS notifications regarding their usage.
Alternative TR Passport Packages (7-Day, 15-Day, and 30-Day)
- • Customers who require additional usage can continue enjoying the service without interruption by purchasing a 7-Day, 15-Day, or 30-Day TR Passport package. Furthermore, any daily TR Passport usage within the same month may be deducted from the usage allowance of the package purchased later. For example, a customer with 3 days of TR Passport usage can have these 3 days and the corresponding charges deducted from a newly purchased 7-Day TR Passport package and continue benefiting from the package advantages for the remaining 4 days.
- • For 7-Day, 15-Day, and 30-Day TR Passport packages, not using the service on any given day during the package validity period does not extend or alter the package duration.
- • If the validity period of a purchased TR Passport package extends into the following month, the package fee will be billed in the month in which the package was purchased.
- • For 7-Day, 15-Day, and 30-Day TR Passport packages, customers will receive daily SMS notifications regarding their usage throughout the package validity period.
Transition from Free Benefits to Paid TR Passport
- • For tariffs and packages that include free TR Passport benefits, usage will continue under the paid TR Passport service once the free usage allowance has been exhausted.
- • For tariffs and packages that include free Red Passport benefits, usage will continue under the paid TR Passport service once the free usage allowance has been exhausted.
