Can I transfer my line to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your line to another customer.

If the person taking over the line is a first-degree relative and there is a device, Telsim Home Internet, or tariff linked to the line, the transferee will be exempt from the early termination fee.

If the transferee is not a first-degree relative, the transfer can still be completed by paying the early termination fee.

How can I find my PIN and PUK codes?

You can find your PIN/PUK codes in the My Vodafone app under Settings → PIN/PUK Details.

To access My Vodafone, you need a password.

If you don’t know your password, you can request one by sending a free SMS with the letter S to 7000.

Can I port in a number that is not registered in my name?

You can only request number portability for lines registered in your name or billed to you.

If the line is not registered in your name, the portability request must be made by the line owner.

How can I cancel my line?
  • The line owner can visit one of our Telsim Shops, present identification, and complete the cancellation after paying all outstanding balances.
  • If the line owner is abroad, the cancellation can be processed through our WhatsApp Support Line after paying all debts and sharing a written declaration along with an ID.
What is line restriction? How can I restrict my line?

Line restriction disables outgoing calls and messages.

Once restricted, you will not be able to make calls, send SMS, or use mobile data.

When your line is reactivated, a 129 TL service fee will apply.

What should I do if the line owner has passed away?

Line cancellation or transfer can be completed by visiting one of our Telsim Shops with the following documents:

  • - Certificate of estate administration (document proving the person is the estate administrator)
  • - Certificate from the local headman (muhtar) listing all heirs of the deceased
  • - A waiver document signed by all heirs declaring they have no objection to transferring the line to the designated person
