  • - Vodafone Home Internet serves its subscribers via ADSL and WDSL (wireless network) as Telsim’s fixed internet service.
  • - Your internet speed may vary depending on your geographical location and natural conditions for Wi-Fi connection type.
  • - Wifi is a type of connection transmitted through aerial antennas. It informs the subscriber about the ability to perform Home Internet installation and internet transfer according to the discovery made after the application, within the subscriber density and natural conditions at your location.
  • - CPE anther and PoE adapters used in the Wi-Fi connection model are credited to the user during the subscription period. After the subscription ends, a complete and complete refund is required.

    What is Fair Usage Policy (FUP)?
  • Fair Usage Policy is one of the concepts encountered by individuals in home and phone internet usage.
  • When is Fair Usage Policy valid during the day?
  • The standard band of the first 10 GB usage between 08:00-19:00 is used (5 Mbit, 10 Mbit, or 20 Mbit), after which the Fair Usage Policy comes into effect.
  • Between 19:00-23:00, Fair Usage Policy comes into effect regardless of usage.
  • How does exceeding Fair Usage Policy affect internet access speed?
  • If usage between 08:00-19:00 does not exceed 10 GB, there will be no speed reduction, but if it exceeds 10 GB, a speed reduction of 2 Mbit is applied for every 5 GB of usage.
  • Between 19:00-23:00, a speed reduction of 2 Mbit is applied for every 1 GB of usage. The minimum speed is 1 Mbit.

  • Is there SMS notification for exceeding Fair Usage Policy?
  • There is no SMS notification for exceeding Fair Usage Policy. Customers complaining about speed are called by our customer service and informed about Fair Usage Policy. If requested by customers, their packages are upgraded.

  • What is ADSL internet? What are the advantages of ADSL internet service?
  • ADSL is a system where the internet is connected to the telephone line via asymmetric subscriber connection. In addition to the ISP, a fee is also paid to the telephone department.   • Firstly, you should start a landline subscription to your home or workplace by applying to the Telephone Department. At the same time, you should check if your location has an ADSL Port service. Once your line is active, we will handle the necessary applications for ADSL on your behalf.
  • I have a landline, but it’s not in the ADSL port. What should I do?
  • If the Port allocated for the ADSL service of the Telephone Department is not yet available at the point where your line is located, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you ADSL service at this stage. However, SuperNet's WDSL (wireless) internet will help you in this case.
  • How can I use ADSL at home or in my workplace? What do I need?
  • ADSL allows you to use the internet via DSL signal over the telephone connection. You need an ADSL MODEM to convert the DSL signal into the internet. You can also convert your phone line to parallel line with a SPLITTER and use both internet and calling services simultaneously.

  • You can easily obtain your Telsim SuperNet ADSL Modem from all Telsim Shops and Telsim SuperNet authorized resellers. The SuperNet ADSL Modem includes a Splitter.
  • How can I purchase my ADSL Subscription and with which packages?
  • You can purchase your ADSL subscription with prepaid options for 3-6 and 12 months, and options up to 1-2 and 4 Mbit from all Telsim Shops, all Telsim SuperNet authorized sales points, and Telsim Call Center (444 0 542).
  • What should I do after purchasing my ADSL Subscription?
  • We deliver the documents you filled out to the Telephone Department for the initiation of your ADSL subscription and queue the process. For new subscriptions, the ADSL service is initiated by the Telephone Department within 2 weeks. After the service is activated, your Telsim SuperNet subscription also starts automatically, and we inform you by SMS to your GSM number that the DSL signal has reached your home or workplace.
  • Where can I see the duration of my ADSL subscription?
  • You can perform all kinds of subscription transactions on our Online Transactions page. The start and end dates of the subscription are also presented to you here. You can also view and process all subscription information from our 444 0 542 call center. In addition, we will notify you by SMS 3 days before the end of your subscription period.
  • How can I renew my ADSL package?
  • You can renew your ADSL package from Telsim Shops, Online Transactions, and our Call Center.
  • Can I cancel/return my remaining months of ADSL package?
  • No. Our packages are offered to our customers as prepaid monthly and yearly.
  • I want to cancel my ADSL subscription. What should I do?
  • You should apply to the Telephone Department for cancellation. The monthly 15 TL+VAT ADSL subscription fee will be cancelled as a result.
