sasasThe Budget Overuse Package is the standard overuse package that comes into effect after the minutes in the package used by existing tariff subscribers are exhausted.
Individual and corporate postpaid subscribers using 10-number, Red, Red Business, Freedom, Global Freedom, Public, PGM, Customs, Advantage, Mobile Advantage, Military, and Student tariffs can benefit from the Budget Overuse package for 30 minutes of domestic calls after using up their package contents at a fee of 29 TL (including VAT, SCT).
The Budget Overuse package is automatically renewed.
Subscribers who have applied for and started benefiting from the Budget Overuse package once can again make overuse of 30 minutes at 29 TL in the same way if their 30 minutes are used up. Subscribers are automatically charged 29 TL for each 30-minute overuse within the same month.
Budget Overuse is valid for Intra and Turkey directions depending on the used tariff. If the subscriber has a Turkey calling right within the tariff scope, they can also use it in overuse. Roaming (international roaming) calls, special service numbers, FCT usage are not included in the package.
The minute increment period is 60 seconds.
If the subscriber uses the Remaining Balance, the priority is given to the Remaining Balance when applying for the Budget Overuse.
If subscribers cancel their used tariffs, the Budget Overuse packages are also canceled. Subscribers who do not use any tariff or package cannot benefit from the Budget Overuse campaign.
As of 01.07.2015, you can benefit from the Budget Overuse campaign by sending a text message with "BUDGET OVERUSE" to 8484, or by selecting the registration option for BUDGET OVERUSE under the campaign - subscription menu via *8484#, from Telsim Shops, or by calling the call center.
You can query your minutes within the Budget Overuse scope by typing STATUS BUDGET OVERUSE and sending it to 8484 via SMS. When the query is made, the total overuse information will be notified.
To cancel the Budget Overuse package, simply send CANCEL BUDGET OVERUSE to 8484 via SMS.
