- The relevant campaign is valid for existing/new individual postpaid or prepaid line subscribers.
- Subscribers can benefit from this campaign with their existing lines or with new lines they will acquire.
- Prepaid lines will load 150 credits to benefit from the campaign, and this amount will be deducted from their account.
- The usage period for prepaid Valentine’s Day packages is 30 days. At the end of 30 days, your package will be automatically renewed. Unused minutes, SMS, and internet will not roll over to the next month.
- For the Valentine’s Day package that cannot be automatically renewed due to insufficient credit, the individual must reload credits and reapply.
- Postpaid lines can benefit from this campaign for 10 TL. Postpaid subscribers with package plans are not charged a fixed monthly fee.
- Postpaid Valentine’s Day packages are valid from the day of purchase until the beginning of the next month. Your package will be automatically renewed on the first day of each month. Unused minutes, SMS, and internet will not roll over to the next month.
- Limits may be imposed on postpaid packages. However, if the limit is reached or the line is suspended due to unpaid bills, free benefits cannot be utilized (10,000 minutes, 5,000 SMS). When the line becomes active again by making interim payments or increasing the limit, the benefits will continue from where they left off. The expiration date 30 days after the package purchase will not change.
- Each person can only match with one other person; after canceling the matching process via SMS, the subscriber can match with another person at any time.
- Minutes and SMS are not deducted from the account during cancellation. If the subscriber cancels the matched number and adds a new one, the package will continue where it left off.
- Postpaid and prepaid lines can match with each other.
- To match with a number for the year 2014, the invitee will send an SMS with “invite” written to the inviting number. The invitee will be notified of this invitation via SMS. The matched number will start the package by accepting the invitation with the phrase “accept” followed by their number in response to the invitation. (As seen in the above tables)
- Invitations not accepted within 48 hours will be canceled, and the sender will be informed.
- For postpaid lines, the process will be initiated at the time of application, and the campaign fee will be reflected on the subscriber’s bill at the end of the month.
- Unused capacity within the relevant billing period will not roll over to the next month.
- Each line can benefit from the relevant campaign by paying 150 credits. A line that does not pay 150 credits cannot call the matched line for free.
- Free calls with the partner will be limited to 150 Credits/Month.
- According to the fair use policy, they will have a monthly usage right of 10,000 minutes and 5,000 SMS among themselves.
- Subscribers can use the free 5000 SMS by sending a message to the short number 1402.
- Unused minutes and SMS will expire after 30 days. Unused minutes and SMS will be canceled in case of line termination or transition to postpaid.
- The cancellation command only cancels the matching. The benefits will remain in the account until the package starts. During this time, the subscriber can use the remaining minutes and SMS with a new number if they match again.
- If the subscriber cancels the matching and does not match with another person afterward, the package will not be automatically renewed. However, the package will continue to be automatically renewed after matching with a new person.
- Monthly voice, SMS, and data usage within the tariff cannot be transferred to third parties.
- The price of purchased content is not included in the package price. Content services will be charged separately.
- 3G coverage may vary depending on geographical conditions. The 3G internet speed may vary depending on network congestion, device used, and the website accessed. If 3G coverage cannot be provided, super-fast mobile internet cannot be used; however, mobile internet service continuity can be ensured by switching to EDGE/GPRS connection depending on device/service suitability.
