Safe Overflow Package is a tariff feature and can be used by all our customers using tariffs that include the Safe Overflow Package. An SMS notification is sent when the internet quota in your tariff reaches 80% and then 100%. Information about the Safe Overflow Package will be activated in the SMS sent when you use your entire internet quota.
How can I cancel the Safe Overflow Package?
Safe Overflow Package is a new feature of all individual tariffs, except Red Cool and iStop tariffs, as of November 1, 2022 and cannot be canceled. Our customers before the specified date can cancel the Safe Overflow Package by texting IPTALGUVENLIASIM and sending it to 8888.
