"Your Money Back Campaign" is available for mobile number portability.
The campaign is valid for the first month after the number porting process, and payments for any additional usage or service purchases are not included in the campaign. The only intervention will be in the package fee.
The complaints made are subject to evaluation if the network quality problem is revealed. The customer must register for a network complaint through the call center or dealer channels.
The "money back" in "Your Money Back Campaign" means the fee for the relevant month is requested by TRNC Telsim.
In case of regulatory compliance and dissatisfaction, at least 120 days (4 months) must have passed since the last transportation fee to change the operator again. The customer does not have the right to complete the same complaint within 3 months after the first month's complaint.

All customers who will benefit from the campaign will be informed of the campaign end date through the electronic communication service they received at least 15 days ago and also by publishing it on the internet (website).
