- - If new customers who port their number to Telsim and choose the Super Cool Max plan do not have their Vodafone Home Internet installed, the special monthly fee for number portability under the Super Cool Max plan will be reflected on their bill.
- - If new customers who port their number to Telsim and choose the Super Red 10 plan do not have their Vodafone Home Internet installed, the special monthly fee for number portability under the Super Red 10 plan will be reflected on their bill.
- - If a subscription to one of the packages is initiated but Vodafone Home Internet is canceled at the customer's request, the current package fee will be charged, and the installation will be considered as not completed.
- - Customers who commit to the campaign with a 12-month contract but terminate or cancel their subscription within 12 months will be charged the campaign discount amount, considering customer benefits.
