What is Number Transfer?

When I apply through Telsim’s digital channels (kktctelsim.com or My Vodafone ), do I pay any courier or application fees?

  • No, applications made digitally are completely free of charge; your SIM card will also be delivered to your address free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

  • We will deliver your SIM card to you within 24 hours.

What documents are required during the subscription process?

  • The documents you need to provide are your ID card or passport. The documents related to your SIM card will be brought by our sales representative who will deliver the SIM. When you receive your SIM card, you can easily complete your process by signing on our biometric tablets.

What is Number Transfer?
  • The process of changing the operator from which mobile phone users receive line service without changing their phone number is called number porting. How Many Days Does Number Transfer & Line Transfer Take?
  • Under normal circumstances, the porting process is legally completed within the first 36 hours after your application is submitted. During this period, your communication on your current line will continue without interruption. If you insert the SIM card we provided before the time we specified, it will not work. For this reason, you must continue using your old SIM card until you receive a message stating that your new line is active. Once this message arrives, your old line will be deactivated and you will need to insert your new SIM card. After inserting your new SIM card, you can continue communicating with the advantageous tariffs we have offered you.
How Many Months Should Number Portal Be Done?
