VPN

VPN (Virtual Private Network) service for KKTC Telsim’s Postpaid Corporate Subscribers has been activated. This service allows them to benefit from a special discounted group call rate when calling each other and enables all mobile phones within the company subscription to call each other using 4-digit numbers.

With the VPN service, in addition to the opportunity for fast and cost-effective communication in intra-company calls, company managers are offered the ability to impose certain restrictions on phone calls, allowing them to control communication budgets.

The VPN (Virtual Private Network) service provides discounts on subscription packages used by corporate lines and allows companies to create a special number plan among the numbers they own, make calls with 4-digit Short numbers, and impose restrictions if desired.

To benefit from the VPN service:

• Be an organization or institution
• Have a minimum of 3 active lines registered in the company’s name
• Benefit from one of the corporate subscription packages
• Companies can choose their desired 4-digit numbers.
• VPN short numbers cannot start with 0, 1, 7, 8, or 9.
• Activation of the provided lines must be in the corporate subscription type.
• VPN short codes can be changed upon the request of the company representative.
  
  In which cases it cannot be used:
  
  
• Prepaid subscribers cannot use the VPN service.
• Fax and data subscriptions (numbers) are not included in the VPN subscription. Therefore, VPN discounts cannot be applied to fax and data calls.
• Calls and incoming calls of a VPN subscriber while roaming are not considered within the VPN discount and cannot be made with a short number. However, other VPN subscribers within the group in the domestic country can call this subscriber with a short number and within the VPN discount.
• VPN discount does not apply to SMS communication.
• VPN discount is applied for in-company calls of companies.
  
  The VPN main number and all other subscriptions in the group are invoiced separately.
