Hastalık lisans modeli sayesinde ürünlerde oluşabilecek fungal etkilerin önceden tahmin edilerek raporlanması sağlanır. Çözüm ayrıca iş planlaması yaparak doğru ekim, hasat, gübreleme ve ilaçlama zamanlarını 14 günlük periyotlarda raporlamaktadır. Web yazılımı ve mobil uygulama ile verilerin anlık ve geçmişe dönük izlenebilmesine olanak tanır. Belirlenen eşik değerlerine gelmesi durumunda anlık bilgilendirme sağlar.

What products are included in the Digital Agriculture solution?

The solution includes components such as Open Field Station, Greenhouse Station, Soil Moisture Sensor, Tank Level Monitoring Sensor, Pheromone (Harmful Insect) Camera, Phenology (Plant Observation) Camera, Soil Moisture Device, Satellite Solutions, and Web/Mobile application.

Who can benefit from these campaigns?

Individual and corporate customers, both personal and corporate, can benefit from this campaign. Additionally, non-Telsim customers can also take advantage of this service.

Can unused mobile internet be rolled over to the next month?

The unused amount from the M2M mobile internet package cannot be rolled over to the next month within the relevant billing period.

How long should the service procurement period be?

The service period is offered to customers as 12 months or 24 months.

When the customer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal before the service period is completed, how is the penalty fee calculated?

If the campaign is exited within the commitment period, the total amount committed for the remaining months (device cost and the total amount committed for the monthly package fee with the campaign-specific discount provided by Telsim during the campaign period) will be reflected as the withdrawal fee on the customer’s first invoice.

The cancellation fee for the specified data and SMS package will never exceed the total amount that customers are required to pay according to the relevant contract for the period up to the end of the commitment period of the relevant commitment, in accordance with the decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority regarding the cancellation fee. Since the ownership of the device belongs to the customer, the remaining installments of the device cost under the Digital Agriculture Agreement will be calculated, and the total will be reflected on the next invoice.

Can the mobile internet options provided within the scope of the campaign be canceled?

No, the mobile internet option defined for this campaign cannot be canceled; if canceled, the customer will be removed from the campaign.

What should I do when my commitment is over?

When the campaign commitment expires, it is necessary to contact Telsim officials and renew the mobile internet package for the data package. Otherwise, if the customer does not switch to another package or renew the commitment after the commitment period, the current IoT/M2M mobile internet package will be charged at the current non-commitment price.
